রেগুলার শিপিং শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা শহরের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। মেডিক্যালপ্লাস এর নিজস্ব ডেলিভারী টীম অথবা কুরিয়ার পার্টনার দ্বারা ডেলিভারী দেয়া হয়। ১ থেকে ৩ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। চার্জ ৬০ টাকা।
রেগুলার শিপিং ঢাকা শহর ছাড়া সারা বাংলাদেশে প্রযোজ্য। কুরিয়ার পার্টনার দ্বারা ২ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারী দেয়া হয়। চার্জ ১০০ টাকা (ন্যূনতম)। তবে ওজনের কারণে চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। আপনাকে কল করে নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে জরুরী ডেলিভারী দেওয়া হয়। আপনি যদি দুপুর ১২.০০ টার আগে অর্ডার করেন তাহলে সেই দিনই রাত ১০.০০ টার মধ্যে আপনার ডেলিভারী পাবেন। জরুরী ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১০০ টাকা। তবে ওজনের কারণে চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। জরুরী ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস বর্তমান কোভিড পরিস্থিতির জন্য বন্ধ আছে।
ডেলিভারীর আনুমানিক সময় কত ?
রেগুলার শিপিং এ ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে ১-৩ কার্যদিবস এবং সারা বাংলাদেশে (ঢাকা মেট্রো বাদে) ২-৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হবে। সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি এবং সরকারি ছুটি কার্যদিবসের অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকবে না। কোনো বিশেষ কারণ ছাড়া যেমন প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, সরকারি ছুটি, ঢাকা শহরে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে এবং সারা বাংলাদেশে ৫ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
কিভাবে ডেলিভারি করা হবে?
ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে মেডিক্যালপ্লাস এর নিজস্ব ডেলিভারী টীম অথবা কুরিয়ার পার্টনার দ্বারা ডেলিভারী দেয়া হয়। ঢাকা শহর ছাড়া সারা বাংলাদেশে কুরিয়ার পার্টনার দ্বারা ডেলিভারী দেয়া হয়। যদি আপনার এলাকায় কোন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস পাওয়া না যায়, তাহলে মেডিক্যালপ্লাস আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে এবং একটি সুবিধাজনক বিকল্প ডেলিভারি লোকেশনে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হবে।

How much is the shipping charge?
Regular shipping (DHK) applies to Dhaka City Only. Either Medicalplus team or a courier partner delivers. It takes from 1 to 3 working days. The charge is 60 BDT.
Regular shipping (Outside DHK) applies to all over Bangladesh except the Dhaka City. A courier partner delivers within 2 to 5 working days. The charge is 100 BDT (Minimum). However, charge may vary due to weight. Medicalplus team will confirm the charge.
Urgent shipping option applies within Dhaka City. If you place order before 12:00pm you can expect its delivery within 10:00pm the same day. The charge is 100 BDT (Minimum). Charge may vary due to weight. Urgent shipping is currently unavailable due to the present situation of COVID-19.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is 1-3 working days for regular shipping (DHK) and 2-5 working days for regular shipping (Outside DHK). Working days exclude public holidays and Fridays. Mentioned as more than 3 working days delivery time for regular shipping (DHK) and more than 5 working days delivery time for regular shipping (Outside DHK), when natural calamities happen or on public holiday otherwise you will receive your order within the time specified.
How will the delivery be done?
Medicalplus processes all deliveries through own delivery men or courier partner inside Dhaka city. For other parts of Bangladesh, delivery will be done by Medicalplus courier partner. If there is no courier service available in your area, Medicalplus will get in touch with you and work out a convenient alternate delivery location serviced by Medicalplus \’s courier partner.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There is no extra tax, hidden cost or additional charge. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
